Overview
The portfolio's largest branded campaign: twenty-four unique assets built on one modular design system, produced without a single off-template improvisation.
The Challenge
Sustain visual freshness across 24 pieces while keeping every asset unmistakably one campaign.
The Outcome
A recognizable, coherent campaign presence across every channel, and the system behind a +1,980% reach story.

Process: a system before a single asset
The brief asked for twenty-four unique visuals across a two-month posting calendar, the kind of volume that quietly kills campaigns around asset seventeen, when ideas run dry and shortcuts creep in. The first week therefore produced zero finished artwork. It produced rules: a modular grid, a fixed vocabulary of abstract tech motifs, a two-weight type hierarchy, and a color logic allowing exactly one accent per composition.
Once the system existed, production became combinatorial rather than creative-from-zero. Each asset was a new arrangement inside a known space (scale jumps, cropped motifs, inverted layouts), which kept the pace at roughly forty minutes per asset from the second week onward, with no drop in quality between asset two and asset twenty-four.
Consistency as a measurable property
Campaign coherence was tested, not assumed. The thumbnail test ran weekly: all assets shrunk to feed size and viewed as a grid. If any piece failed to read as family, it was reworked; if any two read as duplicates, one was pushed further. That loop is why the campaign feed reads as one voice across two months: novelty for the scrolling viewer, recognition for the brand.
The system also survived contact with reality: mid-campaign, two additional formats were requested that the original brief never mentioned. Because the motif vocabulary and grid were format-independent, both were delivered inside a day, the strongest practical argument for building the system before the artwork.
Where it landed
All twenty-four assets shipped on schedule and ran as the brand's primary feed presence for the campaign period. The design system behind them became the template for how I scope every multi-asset brief since, and the campaign is the subject of a full breakdown in the journal, including what I'd version-control differently next time.
